Direct Flights Helped Maldives And Phuket Make It To The Top Spots

According to travel companies, they have noticed an increased in travel bookings in Singapore, Maldives and Phuket ranging from 50 to 100 per cent. This is based on the record they have of the last four months for direct flights from India to these three top destinations. Rise in Indian tourists booking 가족 호텔 푸켓 further cemented this claim.

Airfares have already decreased by 30 per cent compared to the amount tourists have to pay when traveling in the past few years. Many tourists are also favouring these three destinations for their summer holidays. Travel agents revealed that forward bookings have grown by 70 to 100 per cent.

There are now direct flights offered from Mumbai going to Maldives and Mumbai going to Phuket. After these flights have became available, tour companies noticed the increase in demand for these tourists’ destinations because the airfares are cheaper and flying times are also shorter.

Another direct flight was launched by a top low cost carrier in the country offering routes from Delhi going to Istanbul, Turkey. This is expected to result in rise of travel bookings going to Istanbul this coming summer season.

The owner of Odyssey Tours and Travels, Nikhil Thakurdas, said that two of the leading low cost carriers in the country are now offering direct flights from Mumbai going to Maldives everyday and the airfares are also cheaper. He shared that before the direct flights, one has to pay around Rs 27,000 to 35,000 in order to travel from Mumbai to Male but now the airfare has been reduced to around Rs 20,000 each. This is true that hotels in Maldives are not as cheap but tourists chose to go here due to the cheap airfares and the direct flights.

Another recent direct flight offered by these low cost carriers is from Mumbai going to Phuket. Many Indian travelers are already booking 가족 호텔 푸켓 because the airfare has been reduced to Rs 20,000 each. In order to fly, the fare used to range from Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000.
