Passengers who are boarding the Emirates from Thailand with an economy class ticket will be able to have a complimentary access to the airline’s premium lounge located in the Dubai airport.

Passengers who were able to book certain tickets before the 26th of March under the Emirates Economy Class originating in Bangkok with layovers at the airport in Dubai will be able to access the premium longue normally reserved for customers with business tickets. The travel dates of the airline tickets should be from May 1 until November 30 of this year.

According to a release from the airline company, passengers will be able to use the facility for a maximum of four hours where there are a variety of business services available. The premium longue also offers an open buffet and a full service bar.

The access to the complimentary longue is normally given only to all customers of the Emirates airline that have bought a plane ticket with flights aboard the EK377 or EK351. The only exemptions are those passengers that have Dubai indicated as their last stop.

Emirates currently have seven flights daily originating from the Suvarnabhumi airport in Bangkok going to Dubai. Six of these flights are aboard the Airbus A380 while the other one is operated using Boeing 777.

In other important news, THAI or Thai Airways International has recently partnered with PayPal which is the leading company when it comes to international online payments.

This new partnership with THAI airline and PayPal has offered an easier and more convenient payment method for passengers who are wishing to book their online tickets.

According to PayPal, it is their desire to assist local Thai sellers to be able to enter the global economy with ease.

In the case of the travel industry in Thailand, the partnership will serve the need of higher number of travellers that are looking for ways to book online with ease and conduct smooth transactions with the highest level of security.

This is a big leap for Thailand as the country has welcomed over 30 million tourists last year alone and many of them are business people who are staying at business district hotel in Bangkok.
